If we transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Canada, such transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Swiss SCCs, or other approved safeguards ensuring that the recipient provides an equivalent level of data protection. Where required, we also perform transfer impact assessments to evaluate risks in line with Schrems II.

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard all personal data we control.
